| 1 kg | Kartoffeln, mehlig kochend |
| 3 TL | Curry |
| 2 EL | Butter |
| 1 | Döschen Safran |
| 4 gr. | Zwiebeln |
| 1 Dose | Ananas in Stücken (425 ml) |
| Salz | |
| Zucker |
Zubereitung

Schritt 1
Kartoffeln schälen und würfeln. In einem grösseren Topf mit etwas
Salz garen.
Inzwischen Curry mit Butter vorsichtig anrösten. Sobald der Curry das
Bräunen beginnt die Flüssigkeit aus der Ananasdose zum Ablöschen
verwenden. Zwiebeln schälen, grob schneiden und zugeben. Safran
untermengen. Zwiebeln ca. 5 Minuten garen lassen. Fertig gekochte
Kartoffeln und die Ananas aus der Dose unter die Zwiebel-Ananas-Sosse
mengen. Mit Salz und Zucker und - wenn es zu scharf sein sollte -
auch mit etwas Sahne abschmecken.
Varianten:
Als Variation können mit den Zwiebeln zusammen ca. 200 Gramm Shrimps
oder Tiefseekrabben zugegeben werden.
Oder man kann auch eine grosse Truthahnbrust kleinschneiden, in der
Pfanne anbraten und ebenfalls mit den Zwiebeln beigeben.

Fruchtige Explosion. Geht sehr schnell zuzubereiten und schmekt super. Mal ganz was anderes.

Schnelle und sehr leckere Art Kartoffeln zuzubereiten!! Hatte noch etwas Kokosmilch, das gab noch nen besonderen Pfiff!

Hallöchen,da mein mann ein curry fan ist war das der knaller und die kids habens auch gegessen aber mitn schuß sahne!

Klasse, seeeehr lecker und vor allem schnell gekocht. Das Currypulver habe ich durch gelbe Currypaste ersetzt, auch mit etwas Kokosmilch aufgegossen, außerdem Hühnersbrustfilet mit angebraten!
