Zutatenliste
| 1 ct | Kokoszwieback |
| ¼ l | Milch |
| 800 g | Äpfel |
| 125 g | Zucker |
| 1 TL | Zimt |
| 3 | Eier |
| ¼ l | Saure Sahne |
| 50 g | Paniermehl |
| 40 g | Butter |
Zubereitung

Schritt 1
Zwieback mit Milch beträufeln. Äpfel waschen und grob raspeln.
Die Hälfte des Zuckers und Zimts unter die Äpfel mischen.
Die Eier, saure Sahne und den restlichen Zucker und Zimt verquirlen.
Zwieback und Äpfel nun schichtweise in eine gefettete Jena-Form geben, d.h.
unten Zwieback dann Äpfel, wieder Zwieback dann Äpfel usw..
Mit Zwieback abschließen.
Zum Schluß die verquirlten Eier darübergießen und das Paniermehl
ausstreuen. Bei 200° backen.
Anschließend mit Butterflöckchen besetzen.
Beim Servieren Vanillesoße reichen.

1. Sehr lecker 2. Sehr süss Unbedingt einen säuerlichen Apfel vewenden oder die Zuckermenge um die Hälfte reduzieren. Die Zutaten wurden einfach eingeschichtet und die ganze Flüssigkeit mit Zucker und Zimt vermischt und darüber gegossen. Auf Paniermehl und Butter habe ich ganz verzichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert
